The Secretary of State for Transport hereby gives notice that he has made an Order under Section 247 of the above Act entitled The Stopping-Up of Highways (The County of Oxfordshire) (No 12) Order 2004”, authorising the stopping-up of an area of highway at First Turn Stores, St Peter’s Road, Wolvercote, Oxford OX2 8AU. Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, on application to the Transport Team Leader, Government Office for the South East, Third Floor, Bridge House, 1 Walnut Tree Close, Guildford GU1 4GA, quoting Ref GOSE/029/001/OXON/087. It may also be inspected at all reasonable hours at the offices of Oxford City Council, Ramsay House, 10 St Ebbe’s Street, Oxford OX1 1PT. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein, on the ground that it is not within the power of the above Act or that any requirement of that Act or of any Regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks of 17 December 2004, apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision contained therein.
