(Company No: 03234715) Notice is given pursuant to the Companies Act 1985 section 175 that a Written Resolution dated 14 December 2004 of the above-named Company (‘the Company’) was passed: 1. approving a form of contract providing for the purchase by the Company of 82,500 of its preference Shares of 10 pence each for the aggregate sum of £63,000; and 2. authorising the payment of £63,000 of that sum out of capital (being the permissible capital payment). The statutory declaration of the Directors of the Company and the Auditors’ report required by the Companies Act 1985 section 173(5) are available for inspection at the registered office of the Company at Centric House, 9 Peter Green Way, Furness Business Park, Barrow in Furness, Cumbria LA14 2PE. Any Creditor of the Company may at any time within the 5 weeks immediately following 14 December 2004 apply to the Court under the Companies Act 1985 section 176 for an Order prohibiting the payment.
