STOPPING-UP OF A HIGHWAY

Notice is hereby given that Hartlepool Borough Council, the Highway Authority, intends to apply to the Magistrates’ Court sitting at the Law Courts, Victoria Road, Hartlepool, on Monday 14 February 2005, at 2.15 pm, for the following two Orders, pursuant to section 116 of the Highways Act 1980, that those lengths of highway referred to in the Schedules hereto be stopped up on the ground that they are unnecessary. A copy of plans (drawing Nos M50-384 and M50-385) showing those parts of the highway to be stopped up may be inspected, free of charge, during normal office hours at the Legal Division of the Chief Executive’s Department, Civic Centre, Victoria Road, Hartlepool.
