Take notice that Michael Ralph Eastwood Matthews (“Mr Matthews”) Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Tenon Recovery (“Tenon”), Highfield Court, Tollgate, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh SO53 3TZ will be retiring as a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner on 30 April 2005. And take further notice that he has deemed it to be in the interest of Creditors to make application to the Court to have the following appointments transferred to Insolvency Practitioners within Tenon to ensure that these appointments continue to be dealt with in an expedient and cost efficient way. And take further notice that by Order of Mr Justice Rimer sitting in the Companies Court, Chancery Division of the High Court of Justice (case number 7810 of 2004) on 12 January 2005 the Insolvency Practitioners listed below be appointed to the estates listed in place of Mr Matthews. The new appointees of the above compulsory liquidations and bankruptcies do not propose to summon a General Meeting of Creditors (or Contributors in the case of compulsory liquidation) for the purpose of establishing a Liquidation/Creditors Committee pursuant to Rule 4.102(6) and section 297(8) of the Insolvency Act 1986.
