Confirmation of byelaws
Notice is hereby given that Anglian Water Services Limited (registered office: Henderson House, Lancaster Way, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire PE29 6XQ) intends, after the expiry of the period mentioned below, to apply to the above byelaws, made under section 157 of the Water Industry Act 1991, for preventing damage and in the interest of public safety on water parks in its area.
Copies of the byelaws are on our website www.anglianwater.co.uk in the “corporate” section; available for inspection, free of charge, at the visitor centres during the usual opening hours at our main reservoirs Rutland, Grafham, Pitsford, Ravensthorpe, Alton and Taverham for 1 month from and after the date of the publication of this notice; and available for inspection, free of charge, at our offices at Henderson House, Lancaster Way, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire PE29 6XQ, and 3 Lancaster Road, Hartlepool TS24 8LW.
A copy of the byelaws will also be supplied, free of charge, on request on application to Henderson House, Lancaster Way, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire PE29 6XQ, or CustService@anglianwater.co.uk
Any objection to the confirmation of the byelaws may be made by letter to Marine and Waterways Division, DEFRA, Zone 3/B5, Ashdown House, 123 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6DE.
