Notice is hereby given that by Deed Poll dated 8 October 2004 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 8 December 2004 by Maxine Brackley, of 9 Wittlesea Road, Harrow and Wealdstone HA3 6LR, the person having parental responsibility for ROBERT PETER LESLIE BRACKLEY, who is 6 years old, single and a British citizen, by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name Cornell and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Brackley. 8 December 2004.
