The Secretary of State hereby gives notice that he has made an Order under section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping-up of Highways (County of Northumberland) (No 01) Order 2005” authorising the stopping-up of roads and footpaths at Chevington Green and Park View, Hadston, Northumberland to enable the development described in the Schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with planning permission granted to Grainger Trust PLC by Castle Morpeth Borough Council on 26 August 2003 under Ref 03/D/320. Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, on application to the Secretary of State at the offices of the Director Environment Group, Government Office for the North East, Citygate, Gallowgate, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 4WH (quoting Ref GO-NE/04/5068/35/03) and may be inspected at all reasonable hours at the offices of the Castle Morpeth Borough Council, 28 Bridge Street, Morpeth, Northumberland NE61 1NL and with The Manager, Widdrington Post Office, North East Co-op Society, Grange Moor Road, Widdrington, Morpeth, Northumberland NE61 5ND. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks of 21 March 2005, apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision contained therein.
