Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 7 January 2005 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 18 January 2005, ANNA CLARIES ACHIENG, Rosegarth, Bradford Road, Tingley, Wakefield WF3 1QN, who is divorced and a Commonwealth citizen, under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Annah Claries Achieng Coventry and assumed the name of Anna Claries Achieng.
