Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 30 July 2003 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court of Judicature on 10 March 2005, DAVID JAMES DALY, of 65/6 Prestonfield Road, Edinburgh, single and a British citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Kammerich and assumed the surname of Daly.
