Notice is herby given that by a Deed Poll dated 10 February 2005 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 4 March 2005, Maria Sarah Byrne as the person having parental responsiblity on behalf of the said LUCY MARIE CARR-BYRNE, who is a child, single and a Commonwealth/British citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Lucy Marie Dolbear and assumed the name of Lucy Marie Carr-Byrne.
