Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 12 October 2004 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 28 February 2005, Miss J Harris, as person having parental responsibility, on behalf of the said BRANDON LEE HARRIS, who is a child, single and a British citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Brandon Lee Clark and assumed the name of Brandon Lee Harris. 7 July 2004.
