Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 21 March 2005 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 14 April 2005, TERRIE TERU TANAKA, of 39 Hopefield Avenue, London NW6 6LJ, who is divorced and a British citizen, under section 6(2) of the British Nationality Act 1981, has formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the name of Terrie Teru Ling and has assumed and adopted and intends on all occasions to use and subscribe the name Terrie Teru Tanaka so as to be at all times called, known and described by the name of Terrie Teru Tanaka exclusively.
