I hereby give notice that by a Deed Poll dated 1 February 2005 and enrolled at the Central Office, Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 1LL, on 12 April 2005, I, Lorraine Murphy, of 94 Parsons Close, Hilsea, Portsmouth, Hampshire PO3 5LW, the mother of DECLAN-DALI EDWARD MURPHY, a child and a British citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, renounced, relinquished and abandoned the name of Declan-Dali Edward Saunders and assumed the name of Declan-Dali Edward Murphy. 1 February 2005.
