Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated Tuesday 17 May 2005 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 20 May 2005, AYUB NOOR SHAH, 37 a Sibley Grove, Manor Park, London E12 6SD, who is single and a Commonwealth/British citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Syed Ayub Noor and assumed the name of Ayub Noor Shah.
