Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 1 June 2005 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 13 July 2005, Peter Olijnyk, c/o Gloucestershire County Council as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said MATTHEW RENNISON, who is a child, single and a Commonwealth/British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Matthew Dovey and assumed the name of Matthew Rennison. 13 July 2005.
