(In Creditors Voluntary Liquidation)

FOREM CONSTRUCTION SERVICES LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that by an Order of the High Court of Justice made on 14 July 2005 and sealed on 15 July 2005, Roderick Julian Jones, a former partner in the firm, BN Jackson Norton, was removed from office as Joint Liquidator of the above Companies with effect from 14 July 2005 and that Michael Colin John Sanders, a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, Office Holder No 8698, and a Partner in the firm, BN Jackson Norton, was appointed Sole Liquidator of the above Companies with effect from 14 July 2005. Any Creditor of the liquidations shall be at liberty to apply to Court to vary or discharge the Order dated 14 July 2005, within 21 days of the date of this notice appearing in The London Gazette .
