Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 21 July 2005 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 23 August 2005, I, SOL ZAKAY, of Flat 21, Park St James, 5 St James Terrace, Prince Albert Road, London NW8 7LE, divorced and a British citizen under the British Nationality Act 1981, section 6(1) formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the first name, of Shaoul and Saul and have assumed and adopted and intend on all occasions to use and subscribe the first name of Sol instead of the first names of Shaoul and Saul so as to be at all times called known and described by the name of Sol Zakay exclusively.
