Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 14 March 2005 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 17 August 2005, by Cloe Young, of 81 b Selwyn Avenue, Richmond, Surrey TW9 2HB, the person having parental responsibility for FAE CLARISSA YOUNG, who is 12 years old, single and a British citizen by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name Nutbeam and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Young.
