Notice is hereby given that by Deed Poll dated 19 April 2005 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 19 July 2005, by Leslie Serlui and Ewa Estrin, as the persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said THEODORE NATHAN ESTRIN-SERLUI, who is a child, single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Theodore Nathan Estrin and assumed the name of Theodore Estrin Serlui.
