NOTICE OF INTENTION TO APPLY FOR A ZOO LICENCE (NEW ZOOS AND EXISTING ZOOS) SUBJECT TO A DIRECTIVE UNDER SECTION 6(1)(B) OF THE ACT

1. I, Steven Jones, of Fairfield, Outcast, Ulverston, Cumbria LA12 9ED, hereby give notice that in not less than 2 months after the publication of this notice I intend to make application to the Barrow Borough Council for a licence to operate a proposed Owl Centre at Sandscale Park, Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria. 2. A written notice of intention to make application for a zoo licence, giving details about the proposed Owl Centre, has been sent to the said Council. This may be inspected, free of charge, at the office of the Council at The Town Hall, Duke Street, Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria LA14 2LD, between the hours of 9.00 am and 4.30 pm.
