I hereby give notice that by a Deed Poll dated 20 April 2005 and enrolled at the Central Office, Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 1LL, on 23 November 2005, I, Sally Ann Tribble, of 22 Bell Road, Cosham, Portsmouth, Hampshire PO6 3NX, the mother of Jordan Joseph Tribble and Eloise Ann Tribble, British Citizens under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, renounced and relinquished and abandoned the names of Jordan Joseph Rivers and Eloise Ann Rivers and assumed the names of Jordan Joseph Tribble and ELOISE ANN TRIBBLE. 20 April 2005.
