The following notice is in substitution for that which appeared on page 3361 of The London Gazette dated 8 March 2006:

SECURIPLUS GUARDING (UK) LIMITED

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Insolvency Rules 1986, that a First and Final Dividend will be paid within 4 months from the last date of proving. The last date for Creditors to prove their debt in order to participate in any Dividend is Wednesday 5 April 2006. Creditors should send details of their claim to George Michael, Achcrofts, 601 High Road, Leytonstone, London E11 4PA, together with supporting documentation.
