Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 23 January 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 23 January 2006, JODY PAULA REES, 43 Cherry Gardens, Broadstairs, Kent CT10 2NE, is single and a British citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Jody Paula Brackenborough and assumed the name of Jody Paula Rees.
