Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 24 February 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 10 March 2006, Jeanette Lesley White, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said GUY ASHLEY WHITE, who is a child, single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Guy Ashley Syms and assumed the name of Guy Ashley White.
