The Queen has been pleased to approve that Lady (Wendy Margaret Lancaster) Goldring IP DL be appointed the Vice Lord-Lieutenant for the County of Rutland, to act as Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant during his absence from the area, sickness or other inability to act.
