Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 11 July 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 9 August 2006, Lisa Ann Wood, 2 Owls End Road, Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire GL52 8BJ, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said DANIELLE LOUISE WOOD, who is a child, single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Danielle Louise Purveur and assumed the name of Danielle Louise Wood.
