The Queen has been pleased by Warrant bearing date 19 August 2006, to direct the issue of a Commission under the Great Seal appointed to be kept and made use of in place of the Great Seal of Scotland appointing Mrs Jean Douglas Tulloch to be Lord Lieutenant for the Area of Dumfries.
