Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 30 December 2004 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 28 November 2006, Rachel Hounslow as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Aimeé Louise Hounslow, who is a child aged 16 single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Aimeé Louise Sivyer and assumed the name of AIMEE LOUISE HOUNSLOW.
