NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER

HIGHWAYS ACT 1980

THE HAVERING (FOOTPATH 7) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2007

1. The above Order, made on 22 January 2007 under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert the section of public footpath 7 which runs from North Road to Paternoster Row so that it will now follow around the inside edge of the field boundary as shown on the order map. 2. A copy of the order and the order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until 23 February 2007 at the 7th floor reception of Mercury House, Mercury Gardens, Romford, RM1 3SL 3. Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent in writing to C.J. Dooley, Assistant Chief Executive, Town Hall, Main Road, Romford, RM1 3BD quoting reference JW/131/26 to be received not later than 23 February 2007. Please state the grounds on which they are made. 4. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council of the London Borough of Havering may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
