NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SCHEDULE 10 (AS AMENDED BY THE ENVIRONMENT ACT 1995)

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act l991 (as amended by the Environment Act 1995), that an application has been made to the Environment Agency, Anglian Region, by Anglian Water Services Ltd for consent to discharge 91 cubic metres per day of Treated Sewage Effluent from Pickworth Sewage Treatment Works, Sleaford, Lincolnshire into a tributary of the Ouse Mere Lode at National Grid Reference TF 0459 3388. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Team Leader Regulatory Water Quality (Northern Area), Environment Agency, Waterside House, Waterside North, Lincoln, LN2 5HA, to arrive not later than 09 March 2007, quoting reference No. ANNNF4198/13928 A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge at the offices of the Environment Agency, Waterside House, Waterside North, Lincoln, LN2 5HA at all reasonable hours.
