Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 1 August 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 23 January 2007, Latoya Alicia Matuzas the person having parental responsibility for ALEXIA ALICIA MATUZAS, who is 4 years old, single and a British citizen, by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Alexi Alicia Williams and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Alexia Alicia Matuzas. 23 January 2007.
