PUBLIC NOTIFICATION OF AN APPLICATION MADE UNDER REGULATION 10 OF THE POLLUTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL (ENGLAND & WALES) REGULATIONS 2000
INTEGRATED POLLUTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL
Notice is hereby given that Stonegate Horizon Ltd, has applied to the Environment Agency for an Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC) permit to operate installations involving the operation of barn and intensive farming and the production of poultry. The installations are located at:
1. Kittle Hill Farm, Kittle Hill Lane, Bishopston, Swansea SA3 3JQ in the borough/district of Swansea in the county of West Glamorgan.
2. Pottergate Farm, The Heath, Wellingore LN5 0BS in the borough/district of North Kesteven in the county of Lincolnshire.
3. Great Leaze Farm, Oldbury on Severn, Thornbury BS35 1RF in the borough/district of South Gloucestershire in the county of Avon.
4. Horizon Farm, Tremar, Liskeard PL14 6EA in the borough/district of Caradon in the county of Cornwall.
5. Keinton Farm, Common Lane, Keinton Mandeville, Somerton TA11 6EW in the borough/district of South Somerset in the county of Somerset.

Members of the public can inspect these registers free of charge at the above stated addresses during normal office hours (9.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday). In addition, members of the public who wish to obtain a copy of the relevant information contained in the registers can do so upon the payment of a reasonable charge to cover the costs of copying. Any objections or representations to the above IPPC application should be made in writing to the Environment Agency at the address below, within 28 days from the date of this public notice.

Any such objections or representations will be entered into a public register unless the person making them requests in writing that they should not be so placed. If there is such a request, the register will only include a statement that there has been a request.
