INSOLVENCY ACT 1986, SECTIONS 392 AND 393

AUTHORISATION OF INSOLVENCY PRACTITIONERS

Take note that I, John Anthony Lowe, of Begbies Traynor, Newater House, 11 Newhall Street, Birmingham B3 3NY, intend to apply to the Secretary of State under the provisions of the above Act for authorisation to act as an Insolvency Practitioner.

Any person having reason to believe that such authorisation should not be granted should, within 28 days of this notice, communicate such reason to the Department of Trade and Industry, 4th Floor West, Ladywood House, 45-46 Stephenson Street, Birmingham B2 4UZ.
