AUTHORISATION OF INSOLVENCY PRACTITIONER

Take note that I, Michael Leslie Grieshaber, of Wilkins Kennedy, Gladstone House 77/79 High Street Egham Surrey TW20 9HY, intend to apply to the Secretary of State under the provisions of the above Act for authorisation to act as an insolvency Practitioner.

Any person having reason to believe that such authorisation should not be granted should, within 28 days of publication of this notice communicate such reason to the Department of Trade and Industry.
