Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 12 April 2007, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 4 May 2007, Jane Fiona Horsfall and Stephen Mather, as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Jade Elizabeth Mather, who is a child, single and a British Citizen under section 14 of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Jade Elizabeth Mather and assumed the name of JADE ELIZABETH HORSFALL-MATHER.
