A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Colony House, 2 Adbaston Road, Trafford Stretford, Manchester M32 0TP, presented on 15 May 2007, by P HUGHES CONSTRUCTION LIMITED, of 21 Main Road, Underwood, Nottinghamshire NG16 5GP, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Manchester District Registry, 184 Deansgate, Manchester, on 16 July 2007, at 10.00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
