Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 31 August 2007 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 31 August 2007, Avril Esmilder Lee, of 12 Elborough Road, South Northwood, London SE25 5BD, who is divorced, a Commonwealth citizen under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Cyril Esmilder Warren and assumed the name of Avril Esmilder Lee.
