2. The effect of the Order, if confirmed without modification, is to designate the length of footpath specified in the Schedule to this Notice as a cycle track, which shall be a highway maintainable at public expense and over which the public shall have a right of way on pedal cycles (other than pedal cycles which are motor vehicles) and a right of way on foot.

3. The cycle track will be for segregated use by cyclists.

4. A copy of the Order and a plan contained within it have been deposited at the offices of the Mouchel Group, 6th Floor, 58 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 2ST and may be inspected free of charge between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays.

5. Any representation or objection with respect to the Order must be sent in writing to the Council’s agents, the Mouchel Group, 6th Floor, 58 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 2ST (quoting reference ORD 3374/dc) not later than 15th February 2008 and shall state the grounds on which it is made.

6. If no objections or representations are duly made to the Order, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council may, instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State for confirmation, confirm the Order itself as an unopposed Order. If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State for confirmation any representations and objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent to the Secretary of State with the Order.
