Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 27 April 2007 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 6 November 2007, S J Gray, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said JOEMICHAEL GRAY, who is a child, single, and a British citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Joe Michael Gay and assumed the name of Joe Michael Gray.
