Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 1 November 2007 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 19 December 2007, April Tomlinson as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said TARELL BAILEY TOMLINSON, who is a child single, and a Commonwealth/British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Tarell Bailey Reynolds, and assumed the name of Tarell Bailey Tomlinson.
