Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 29 November 2007 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 15 January 2008, M G Hope and M Hope, as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said DAVID MICHAEL PRIOR HOPE, who is a child single, and a British citizen under section 1(1)(a) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of David Michael Hope and assumed the name of David Michael Prior Hope.
