Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 22 October 2007 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 20 February 2008 Mrs L M McCaffrey as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said KAYDEAN MORRIS who is a child single and a Commonwealth/British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Kaydean Morris McCaffrey and assumed the name of Kaydean Morris.
