Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 18 December 2007 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 29 January 2008 A L M Harkins as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said JENNIFER ANN HARKINS who is a child single and a Commonwealth/British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Jennifer Ann Holden and assumed the name of Jennifer Ann Harkins.
