Notice is now given that by a deed poll dated 23 January 2008 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 29 January 2008 MADHVI PITAMBER CHANRAI of Flat 1, 8 Belsize Square, London NW3 4HT renounced and abandoned the name of Madhvi Pitamber Natt and in place thereof assumed and intends to use on all occasions the name of Madhvi Pitamber Chanrai, Madhvi Pitamber Chanrai is divorced, Madhvi Pitamber Chanrai is a British Citizen under the British Nationality Act 1981 Section 37(1).
