Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 13 August 2007 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Adjudicator on 27 February 2008 Miranda Helen Ann Grylls Spottiswoode of Barton House, Sheepfair Lane, Marshfield, Chippenham, Wiltshire SN14 8NA, having parental responsibility on behalf of the said QUENTIN ARTHUR CRADOCK-WATSON SPOTTISWOODE who is a child, single and a British citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Quentin Arthur Spottiswoode Cradock-Watson and assumed the name of Quentin Arthur Cradock-Watson Spottiswoode.
