Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 28 January 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 26 February 2008, A M Kilbane, a person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said HENRY CHARLES LUCAS KILBANE who is a child, single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Henry Charles Lucas Betts and assumed the name of Henry Charles Lucas Kilbane.
