Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 18 February 2008 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 29 February 2008, ANDREW JAMES MELROSE-CANTOURIS of Appletree Cottage, Stag Hill, Chilton Foliat, Berkshire RG17 0TP single, a British citizen, under the British Nationality Act 1981 section 11 formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the surname of Cantouris and assumed and adopted and intends on all occasions to use and subscribe the surname of Melrose-Cantouris instead of the surname of Cantouris so as to be at all times called known and described by the name of Andrew James Melrose-Cantouris exclusively.
