Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 18 March 2008, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 28 April 2008, JOHN HENRY SHERLOCK, 16 Marlborough Road, Shipley, West Yorkshire, is single, a British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of John Sherlock and assumed the name of John Henry Sherlock.
