Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 8 March 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 22 May 2008 S Powell and J L H Bloomfield as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said TILLEY ANNE POWELL who is a child single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the names of Tilley Anne Bloomfield and Tilley Anne Woodward and assumed the name of Tilley Anne Powell.
