Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 19 February 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 29 May 2008, D Croft as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said CHADY CROFT, who is a child single, and a Commonwealth/British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Chady Shaheen and assumed the name of Chady Croft.
